ISO 9001:2000 requires that auditors are appropriately trained. This in-house course has been designed to meet this requirement. It is aimed at managers and staff who are, or are about to become, members of the organisation's audit team.

Most organisations accelerate and maximise the benefits from their quality management system by frequent and thorough auditing. Therefore the better the audit training and the more staff who are trained, the more likely you will realise early and growing benefits.
