The Service Standard for Market Research has been developed by the Market Research Quality Standards Association. It incorporates the current IQCS standards for data collection and sets standards for data processing and for managing the executive element of research. It also sets standards for quality assurance, which can be either ISO9000 or the MRQSA QA model.
